Meet Eric Poulakis, the Owner

Eric is the owner and operator of Special Additions. He's been building outdoor living spaces for decades. You'll find him involved in some way in almost every project. If he's not running the project from start to finish, he's stopping by to see how things are going, or he's asking for the details in their weekly meetings and making recommendations if they are ever needed. Eric is a hands-on owner who believes in doing the job right the first time.

Our Work Has Always Spoken For Itself

Special Additions did a great job turning our covered patio into a four-season room using the Eze-Breeze panels. The panels are still in great condition years later. The company has been great to work with whenever one of our dogs has damaged a screen or panel and needed repair. We would highly recommend using them for your home addition needs.
