Special Additions installed an aluminum patio cover (solid roof pergola) in 2017. The installation was done quickly and professionally and we've really enjoyed our covered deck ever since. Recently, we had a minor issue so completed the warranty request on their website. Within days, Trevor contacted us and scheduled an appointment. He came out the next day, assessed the issue, made a temporary repair and ordered materials to complete the job. Within a few days, the necessary repair was made, and he even adjusted the rain gutter!
